Trish Stuhan concentrates on public law, civil litigation, employment law, and alternative dispute resolution. She represents clients in diverse litigation matters, including breach of contract, quiet title, condemnation, and wrongful termination and discrimination claims. Her clients, which include municipalities, title insurance companies, homeowners associations, and student loan creditors, often face multi-faceted problems that involve several areas of law.
Trish is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution where she brings diverse stakeholders to the table and helps parties find common goals and creative ways to resolve conflicts. She serves as a mediator in commercial disputes involving businesses, individuals, and public entities. She also represents clients in mediation and arbitration, focusing on the defense of creditors.
Trish prepares contracts and employee handbooks for public entities and businesses. She trains employees on addressing sexual harassment, discrimination, open meeting law, public records, election law, and conflicts of interest.
Trish is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she graduated with a J.D. degree and a certificate in law, science and technology.
