Tucson, Arizona – September 15, 2006 – Mark L. Collins joins Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C. as a Member. He brings to the firm more than 30 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and real estate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. His clients include individuals and major U.S. companies. He has represented construction contractors, real estate developers, title companies, and agricultural growers and distributors. Collins practices in our Tucson and Phoenix offices.

Collins is admitted to practice in Arizona, U.S. District Court of Arizona, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona; American Bar Association’s Litigation Section, Real Estate Section, and Business Section; and Pima County Bar Association. He graduated from the University of California, Berkley with a B.A. and received a J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law where he was Associate Editor of the Arizona Law Review.
