Frank Tomkins, a partner at Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C. with more than 20 years of experience in real estate law, is now certified as a real estate specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.

Certified real estate specialists demonstrate superior knowledge, skill, integrity, professionalism and competence in the practice of real estate law, according to the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. To obtain certification, Mr. Tomkins met specific requirements including passing a written exam, receiving favorable peer reviews, and handling a specific quantity of real estate matters.

Mr. Tomkins’ real estate practice focuses on helping clients with sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This includes preparing and negotiating real estate agreements and addressing wide-ranging issues related to the financing, purchase, leasing and sale of commercial properties. He has expertise handling joint development agreements, governmental development agreements, CC&Rs, construction contracts, ground leases, negotiating financing structures, security agreements, license agreements, and corporate documents.
