(Phoenix, AZ) January 26, 2017 – Gust Rosenfeld attorney Scott Malm presented to members and guests of the Arizona State Escrow Association (“ASEA”) on Saturday, January 21, 2017. His presentation titled “Lost in Translation” covered legal concepts applicable to the escrow industry.

Scott also presented at an ASEA seminar on November 5, 2016. Scott and Larry Phelps, Underwriting Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company, presented on Arizona statutes affecting the escrow industry.
