Co-Chair of the Firm’s Municipal Bond Department, said “Fred truly deserves this award. For decades he has worked on important public works projects including the Central Arizona Project.”

The Bernard P. Friel Medal was established in 1982 to honor distinguished service in public finance. It is given to bond lawyers who have significantly shaped public finance. The award will be presented during NABL’s Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, in Chicago.

Fred H. Rosenfeld’s practice emphasizes governmental law, including municipal finance, real estate, and legislative law. Fred is experienced in general obligation, revenue, special tax, and assessment bonds. He represents issuers, borrowers, trustees, underwriters, and financial institutions and also represents governmental entities before the State Legislature.
