Craig L. Keller
Craig Keller has litigated business, construction, real estate, and probate and trust cases for more than 37 years. Craig has argued appeals in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He assists clients forming corporations and limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures and in asset and business acquisitions, sales and employment matters. He represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate.
Craig is also involved in all aspects of estate planning including wills and trusts, premarital agreements, business succession planning and trust and probate administration. He handles estates and trusts with modest assets and for high dollar net worth clients. He litigates claims involving trustees, personal representatives and beneficiaries and for exploitation of vulnerable adults.
He represents a multi-employer pension plan in the construction industry on employee benefit and ERISA compliance matters. His practice also includes mediation and arbitration of various commercial matters including business, corporate disputes, real estate disputes, and trust and estate matters. He is a former arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association.
Craig has several clients, individual and firms, that he has consistently represented for more than 30 years.
