Thomas E. Halter has been certified as a real estate specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. He practices in the areas of commercial real estate and secured lending. His real estate practice emphasizes representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including the negotiation and preparation of all relevant documents such as leases, purchase agreements, joint development agreements, CC&Rs, easements, and financing documents. Tom’s real estate clients include national and regional retailers and developers.

Tom’s secured lending practice emphasizes representing lenders in commercial lending transactions, including negotiating and preparing all relevant documents, such as promissory notes, credit and security agreements, guarantees, inter-creditor agreements, and subordination agreements. He represents, among others, Wells Fargo Capital Finance in connection with its asset-based lending loan origination and loan management businesses.
