James G. Speer
James G. Speer focuses his practice on civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels in the federal and state courts. He concentrates on general commercial, products liability, real estate and insurance defense litigation.
Jim has practiced law for over 40 years. His practice includes commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury, insurance defense, trademark litigation, cease and desist proceedings against trademark infringement, and labor/employment relations law. He has appeared before the federal and state courts as well as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, National Labor Relations Board and nationally recognized arbitrators. His practice in the product liability area has focused upon the defense of manufacturers and owners of heavy equipment, large trucks, materials used in construction and manufacturing, automobiles and motorcycles (including the representation of a high-end automobile manufacturer in product matters).
